From Taiwanese firm Advanced Power Electronics, the AP6950GYT is aimed at implementing both the main switch and synchronous rectifier in dc-dc buck converters. As such, gate charge, RDSon and IDmax are customised for their specific tasks.

Combined in a 3x3mm package, the high-side mosfet has 18mΩ (max, at 10Vgs) on-resistance, 4.2nC (typ) total gate charge and 21A capacity; and the low-side rectifier fet is 10.5mΩ 7.5nC and 39A.

Both are rated at 30V.

Devices are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free.
